Course(s): This course is being offered through the Center of Study of Jose Marti.
No previous knowledge of Spanish is required in order to apply for this program.

All activities on the program.
Accommodation, international airfare*, and activities fees are billed through the Academic Travel Cuba and will be due in accordance with the Academic Travel Cuba billing schedule. Prices are based on double accommodations (add $150 for single room)
*International airfare to and from the program location is included in the program fee. Participants must purchase their own domestic round-trip tickets to Miami and are responsible for their own accommodation for any overnight stay.
Participants will be notified when the Charter Flight Miami-Havana is booked.
Havana airport departure fee of 25.00 not included and will be paid at check in at Miami airport.
Baggage policy: 1 carry-on bag of 22 pound 45 linear inches (22 x 14 x 9 in) or 115 centimeters (56 x 36 x 23 cm) including handles and wheels and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger fee free.
1 standard checked baggage of 44 pounds for $25.00 USD. Maximum dimensions: 62 inches or 157 centimeters (length + width + height) . 1 dollar per pound 45 and over. Max 70 pounds.

Group accommodation dates correspond with the program dates listed above. Prices are based on double accommodations (add $300 to the total trip cost for single room)
***Travel and Visa Information:
Passport: All program participants are required to have a valid passport, which must be valid at least six months beyond the program end date.
Visa: Academic visa will be provided in Cuba by a representative of Center of Study of Jose Marti at Havana airport.
Weather: Temperatures during Spring in Havana Cuba range from an average low of 66ºF to an average high of 84ºF.
